I am able to connect my Samsung Galaxy Grand to my HP Pavilion DV 4 through wifi hot spot. But it shows " No internet Access" after connecting. I have 3G plan and working fine in my phone. It seem something had blocked the programs but when I look for allows apps through firewall, turn off firewall and windows defender, these doesn't work also.
